Research & benchmarks
What we publish, what we refuse to publish, and what original research is planned.
An honest starting point
MyECOS360 does not yet publish original benchmark studies. Rather than dress up borrowed statistics or invent industry numbers, this section starts with what we can stand behind: the framework’s operational definitions, the measurement formulas used in our tools, and a public methodology for how future research will be conducted and disclosed.
Why you won’t find “industry benchmark” numbers here
Published agency benchmarks vary wildly by product line, model, geography, and — most of all — by denominator definitions. A persistency figure without its cohort definition is noise. Our position: your funnel competes with its own last quarter first, and a well-defined internal metric beats a poorly-defined industry comparison every time.
Planned original research
As sufficient consented, privacy-safe, aggregated operational data accumulates from agencies using MyECOS360, we plan to study and publish — with full methodology and sample limitations disclosed:
- Which of the six systems most often constrains independent agencies, by agency size band
- How common “Unknown / not tracked” answers are, metric by metric
- Owner-dependency patterns: interruption categories and delegation maturity
- Where lead funnels most often leak, by source type
- Operating-cadence adoption and what it correlates with
No study will be published before its data, consent, and methodology pass the standards in our editorial & evidence policy.
