Straight answers about MyECOS360, the 360 Diagnostic, the workbooks, and how to get started.

About MyECOS360 & the framework

What is MyECOS360?
MyECOS360 is an insurance-agency operating framework for independent agencies. It helps owners and leaders find the one operating system currently limiting the business, make one accountable decision, and keep that decision alive through a daily-to-yearly management cadence. There is also a separate authenticated MyECOS360 application where agencies run the framework day to day.
What are the six systems in the framework?
Producer Leverage, Focused Book, Lead Engine, Service & Persistency, Leadership Bench, and Culture & Continuity. At any moment, one of the six is the constraint limiting the others — the framework's job is to find and fix that one before working on the rest.
How is MyECOS360 different from a CRM?
A CRM stores clients, policies, and activity. An operating framework decides what the agency should do with them, in what order, and who owns each outcome. MyECOS360 is the operating layer; it works alongside a CRM rather than replacing it.
Is MyECOS360 the same as EOS?
No. MyECOS360 is an insurance-agency operating framework built specifically for the realities of independent agencies — persistency, chargebacks, compliance, carrier relationships, and the AEP surge. It is not affiliated with EOS Worldwide.
Who is MyECOS360 for?
Independent insurance agency owners, principals, and senior leaders — especially those serving the Medicare, life, and annuity market — who want to reduce owner dependence and build a repeatable agency. There is also a New Agent Workbook for new and aspiring producers.

The 360 Diagnostic

What is the 360 Diagnostic?
A free, twelve-question self-assessment that scores your agency across the six systems and returns your likely current constraint with a confidence level. Your preliminary result appears on screen immediately — no email is required to see it.
Is the diagnostic really free, and is it gated?
Yes, it is free and ungated. You see your result on screen without providing any contact information. Email is optional and only used if you choose to have your result saved and sent to you.
How accurate is the result?
It is a directional, educational result based on your self-reported answers — not an audit or a guarantee. “Unknown / I don't track this” is a valid answer and is treated as a data gap to close, not a failure. The full 360, run with real operating evidence, lives inside the MyECOS360 application.

The workbooks

What is the Scale Your Insurance Agency Workbook?
A 51-page implementation workbook (plus a Desk Companion of daily field tools) for agency owners. You score your agency across the six systems, make six documented decisions, and build one 90-day plan with owners, dates, and measures. It is free for verified agency owners and agents.
What is the New Agent Workbook?
“Launch Your Insurance Career” is a 32-page workbook for new and aspiring life & health agents — six foundations for your first twelve months: a daily activity floor, a warm-market plan, the five-step sales conversation, products and compliance, persistency, and money and mindset.
Which workbook should I use?
If you are starting or early in an insurance career, start with the New Agent Workbook (Book One). If you own or lead an agency and want to scale it without owner burnout, use the Scale Your Insurance Agency Workbook (Book Two).
Why do you verify my phone number to download a workbook?
The workbooks are free, but we keep them out of scrapers' hands by confirming a real email and texting a one-time code to your phone. It takes about thirty seconds and we never share your information. We do this so real agents and owners get the material — and so the people who receive it are people we can actually help.

Getting started & working with ECOS

How do I get started?
Run the free 360 Diagnostic to find your likely constraint, then get the workbook that fits — the New Agent Workbook if you are early in your career, or the Scale Your Insurance Agency Workbook if you own or lead an agency.
Can I talk to someone or book a review?
Yes. After you download a workbook you can book a complimentary working session — a 360 Agency Review for owners, or a career conversation for new agents. There is no obligation, and it works with or without it.
Do you recruit agents and agencies?
Yes. Darin recruits agents and agencies nationwide across Medicare, life, and annuity lines. The best first step is the diagnostic or a workbook, followed by a conversation about whether building with ECOS is the right fit.

Data & privacy

Should I put client information into the diagnostic or tools?
No. The public diagnostic and calculators are for your own agency's operating numbers only. Never enter client names, Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers, Social Security numbers, policy IDs, or other sensitive client information into any public tool.
What information do you collect, and is it safe?
The diagnostic and calculators run in your browser; nothing is transmitted unless you choose to save a result or request a workbook. When you do, we collect only the contact fields shown and verify them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
