What this public website collects, what it deliberately does not, and how information is used.

Scope: this policy covers the public website at www.myecos360.com. The authenticated MyECOS360 application is governed by its own terms and safeguards for authorized users.

What we collect — only when you choose to give it

  • Diagnostic and tool inputs: the Mini 360 and all calculators run in your browser. Your answers and numbers are not transmitted or stored unless you explicitly choose to save a result by email.
  • Saved results and contact forms: if you save a result or contact us, we collect your email address, anything you write in the message, and the result summary needed to deliver what you asked for. First name is optional. We do not require a phone number for educational content — phone is only requested if you ask for a callback or SMS-based service.

What we deliberately do not collect

Public tools on this site never request client names, Medicare numbers or MBIs, policy identifiers, Social Security numbers, health details, or any other sensitive client information. Please do not enter such information into any public form; if it appears in a message to us, we delete it.

How information is used

  • To deliver what you requested (a saved result, a reply).
  • To follow up with relevant MyECOS360 education, where you have consented. Marketing consent is separate from delivery — you can receive what you asked for without agreeing to further outreach, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Submissions are processed server-side and routed to the customer relationship system used by ECOS Insurance Solutions. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site currently runs no third-party advertising trackers. Hosting-level and privacy-respecting performance measurement may record standard technical data (pages requested, approximate region, device type). If analytics practices change materially, this policy will be updated first.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of information you submitted through this site — contact us and we will respond. Unsubscribe links are honored immediately.
