How errors get fixed here — visibly, not silently.
The policy
- Material errors — a wrong fact, formula, attribution, or claim — are corrected on the page, with a dated correction note, and logged below.
- Clarifications and routine updates — improved wording, refreshed links, new sections — are made without a correction note but do update the page’s review date.
- Corrections are never buried: if a claim was wrong enough to matter, the fix is visible enough to find.

Spotted something wrong — a number, a definition, a broken formula in a tool, an accessibility failure? Please contact us and include the page URL. Error reports are reviewed against the editorial & evidence policy and answered.

No corrections have been logged since this site launched. When one is made, it will appear here with the date, the page, what was wrong, and what changed.
