Editorial & evidence policy
The rules every page on this site must pass before it publishes.
What we will not publish
- Invented outcomes, statistics, benchmarks, or performance percentages.
- Fabricated testimonials, case studies, reviews, awards, or rankings.
- Credentials or affiliations that have not been verified.
- “Proven,” “scientifically proven,” “best,” or “#1” claims without evidence supporting the exact wording.
- Dark patterns: fake scarcity, countdown pressure, fabricated social proof, or deceptive defaults.
How claims are classified
Content on this site distinguishes among:
- Sourced external evidence — cited and linked to the original.
- Operational definitions — formulas with denominators, cohorts, and time periods.
- Framework language — MyECOS360’s own interpretive model, presented as such.
- Examples and scenarios — illustrative worked examples, labeled as examples, never presented as client results.
- Unknown — where evidence does not exist yet, we say so.
Evidence-confidence language
Operational claims use the same labels the framework teaches: Verified, Estimated, Unknown, and Data Gap. We never guess to fill a data gap.
Review and freshness
Each substantive page has an owner and a review cycle. Policy- and method-sensitive pages are re-reviewed at least quarterly; crawler and AI-search policies are re-verified against current official vendor documentation on the same schedule.
When we get it wrong
Material errors are corrected visibly through the corrections process — not silently edited away.
Scope note
This site teaches agency operations to insurance professionals. It does not provide consumer insurance advice, legal, tax, actuarial, or compliance advice, and it never requests sensitive client information (client names, Medicare identifiers, policy numbers, health details) through any public tool.
