MyECOS360 is an insurance-agency operating framework that helps independent agencies identify the constraint limiting the business, convert evidence into one accountable operating decision, and keep that decision alive through a daily-to-annual cadence.

- A framework — the six operating systems, the constraint-first method, evidence-confidence labels, and the operating cadence.
- A public platform — this site: education, diagnostics, and tools, free and ungated, for agency owners and leaders.

Who it is for
Independent insurance agency owners, principals, producers, and operations leaders. MyECOS360 is business-operations education — it is not consumer insurance advice, and this site deliberately avoids consumer Medicare, life, or annuity guidance.
Who is behind it
MyECOS360 was created by Darin Weidauer, founder of ECOS Insurance Solutions, and grew out of the day-to-day operational reality of running an independent agency across Medicare, life, and annuity lines of business.

Every claim published here is governed by the editorial & evidence policy: no invented outcomes, no unsupported superlatives, no fabricated testimonials, and a public corrections process when we get something wrong. Where evidence doesn’t exist yet, we say Unknown — the same standard the framework asks of agencies.
